Almost every supplement has 4.5 stars. We read the complaints.
81 of the 96 supplements we follow have 4.5 stars or more. So stars can't help you choose. The difference is in what buyers write: the complaint that keeps coming back, and how often.
How it works, in four sentences
- We read the reviews in the shops, with extra 1–3 star reviews, because that's where the complaints are.
- AI sums them up as the pluses and complaints that keep coming back, and we count how many reviews mention each. People spot-check.
- That gives one Supplist score from 0 to 10. Stars only count compared with products on the same review system.
- Every morning we fetch prices and convert them to price per 100 g or per piece.
Who's behind it
Supplist is owned by simpliSELF B.V., which also sells its own supplements. Those aren't in the list. Brands can't buy a place, and the order comes only from reviews and prices.
We say nothing about what a supplement does in your body. That isn't allowed without an approved claim, and it isn't something reviews can measure. About us and contact
