About

Why Supplist exists

Choosing a supplement has become guesswork. Almost every product has 4.5 stars or more in its web shop, so the number says nothing. What does say something is in the reviews: that a powder won't dissolve, that a flavour tastes chemical, that a bag tears after a week, that buyers report stomach trouble. But nobody reads thousands of reviews. And comparing prices means comparing tubs, not what you pay per 100 g.

Supplist reads the reviews for you. For each product you see what buyers praise and what they complain about, how often it comes up, and what it costs per 100 g, per serving or per piece, checked again every day. The order comes from what buyers write. Brands can't buy a place, and we don't run ads.

What Supplist isn't

  • Not a shop: you buy from the web shop itself.
  • Not medical advice, and no promises about what a supplement does. We don't repeat what buyers say about effects.
  • Not a ranking that's for sale.

What we're building next

  • More shops and brands, including those still missing.
  • Price history: after 30 days you'll see whether a discount is really a discount.
  • Verdicts per flavour, because that's where buyers disagree most.
  • A connection for your own AI assistant, so it can consult the list without you sharing health data.

Who makes it

Supplist is made by the team behind BOD and owned by simpliSELF B.V. That company also sells its own supplements (BOD). Those aren't in this list. We wanted a place to choose supplements on what buyers really write, with no paid placements.
